Is it really free to list?
Yes. A listing costs nothing, needs no card and has no contract, so there is nothing to cancel. You appear on the map, in search and on your own page on UK Traffic Updates.
What does a job cost me?
Being listed is free and we take no commission on your work. When a driver sends a request you see it first, and you only pay - with lead credits - for the requests you choose to take.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. The free listing has no contract. Priority and Top Spot are monthly plans; the plans page shows exactly what each includes.
Where do the drivers come from?
From people searching for breakdown help near them and from our live traffic and incident pages, which drivers check every day. Your listing sits on pages they are already looking at.
Can I change my listing myself?
Yes. Claim it and edit your number, hours, services and the area you cover yourself - no phone calls, no account manager.
What do Priority and Top Spot add?
Priority gets you requests within 15 miles before free listings and makes you stand out in results. Top Spot adds the featured place at the top of your category. Both are marked "Ad", as UK advertising rules require.
How do I get the insurance badge?
Add a photo of your insurance certificate. If the name matches your listing and the cover is in date, your listing shows "Insurance certificate checked" with the date it runs to. It is free and cannot be bought.
